I've never been to a morning market, cuz firstly, it's in the morning, and secondly it's smelly. But last weekend, i actually woke up early-ish to go to market to buy some fish. And i must say... even for a first timer, i dun have to know the way to the fish market to GET to the fish market... So smelly =.=
Well, the India system is different than malaysia abit la, as u can see from the pix, they just put baskets on the floor with their fishes all over the places. And also they have no idea wat 'sotong' is =.= I even did the hand gesture of how sotong moves (the finger squishing movements *squish squish*), and they said crabs =.= diaoz.. crabs right in front of me lei, if i wan just take lor... Adui..
And they dun have like, a general price range of their things la, everything very random. See like this hor, got the 2 giant size prawns together wit the other medium size prawns.. How to buy this back la, sure ppl fight for the big one la.. kan?
And any Malaysian citizen will tell u to bargain bargain bargain! Be you Chinese, Malay or India, or in between, we all bargain in the market. But then, they have no idea wat am i saying =.= So no point bargaining, i asked for 4 kg of squid, i ended up wit 5.5kg. And hor, their timbang hor, is those ancient one lor. Not digital de. Looks like Barisan Nasional simbol nia.

kekeke, the fish market even sell chicken lor. Hahaha. And i dunno how to buy chicken, and i scared they fly towards me =.= With their wings.. Hahahaha. U noe that feeling? The frantic chicken flying towards you. Then tk umbrella and whack it! Piak Piak!
Do you see now why everyone thinks i'm weird. Haha the only chinese in the market. And pants so short, tak senonoh at all~
Yay! Mission completed. And i still got that stupid morning hair. Hahaha. 2 big bags of seafood~ Kekekeke. Yums~ Definitely worth all the trouble. But will i do it again? Hmmm.. I just might.. Hehe but not in the near future.p/s: I just finish micro prac this morning. Very glad i didnt go for the borderline viva. Almost felt like my guardian angel was kicking some major ass for me! Ever so grateful
